Raw and Living foods is not your typical cooking process...the food is never cooked over 98 degrees fahrenheit (approximately). The foods are uncooked fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds, and sprouted grains which can be eaten whole or combined to make a very healthy delicious meal.
It is amazing the different types of meals that you can make just using raw and living food. You will be able to enjoy burgers, pizza, pasta, cookies, cakes and pies everyday and not be concerned with calories, proteins, fats or carbs.
